Visual advantages of the Hamacama eyebolt compared to a standard steel eyebolt. The drill hole is covered by the screw.
The optimized eyebolt
6 reasons why Hamacama Screws are ideal for mounting hammocks on walls or ceilings
1 Screw length: As short as possible, as long as necessary. The longer the screw, the better the hold in the wall or ceiling. However, this also requires a correspondingly deep drill hole, which could lead to drilling through wooden beams or walls. The selected length is long enough for the necessary stability and short enough to cover most applications.
2 Screw thickness: As thin as possible, as thick as necessary. The thicker the screw, the higher the load capacity. However, a thick screw also requires a larger drill hole, which in turn makes fastening more difficult. With 10 mm our screw is as thin as possible and at the same time has a breaking load of over 1300 KG.
3 Ring inner diameter: The larger the eyelet, the more conspicuous the attachment. We have chosen the diameter of the eyelet as small as possible, but large enough to be able to knot an 8 mm rope without problems.
4 Made of polished stainless steel VA2: Rustproof, corrosion resistant and looks eldel.
5 Cast from a mould: In many ring lugs, the ring is only bent as a mold – this affects stability. In other cases, the ring is bent and then welded on – this does not look good visually. The Hamacama Screws are cast from a mould.
6 Drill hole cover: Another visual advantage: As you can see in the picture, the screw runs in a cylindrical shape after the eyelet to cover the drill hole.
Option A: Screw only
For load bearing wooden beams
The optimal solution for wooden beams (e.g. on the balcony). The screw is easy to attach (just pre-drill and screw in), is unobtrusive and looks classy on the wood. We have successfully tested the screws on spruce wood up to 400 KG.
The version with plugs includes two of the strongest plastic plugs currently available: the fischer DUOPOWER M12 x 60
Option B: Screw + dowel
For concrete and solid brick (solid brick and solid sand-lime brick)
The diameter and length of the Hamacama Screws have been optimised for the extremely strong all-round anchor fischer DUOPOWER .
For concrete (≥ C20/25) the optimal solution, because the installation is very easy, the stability is sufficient and in case of a rented flat the screws can be easily removed again.
You can also use this solution for solid brick or solid lime sand brick, depending on how much the hammock sags (see load table below). For old buildings, however, we recommend option C with the injection mortar.

The most professional and stable solution: Hamacama Screws with the fischer multifunctional mortar FIS VS 100 and matching fischer sieve sleeves.
Option C: Screw + injection mortar + sieve sleeve
Especially for perforated brick and aerated concrete but of course also for concrete and solid brick
The injection mortar or also called composite mortar is the most professional solution for fixing heavy loads to various building materials.
We recommend this solution for old buildings, condominiums and your own home. The
In the case of rented accommodation, it should be noted that the screw can no longer be easily removed.

Hält super und lässt sich einfach montieren.
Super stabil!!!
