We want you to be 100% thrilled with your new hammock. The proof of the pudding is in the eating: Test your new hammock!
|Return from …||Your costs for returns with hammock|
|Austria||Free returns. You will receive a shipping label from the Austrian postal service free of charge.|
|Germany||You will receive a DPD shipping label from us and must hand in the parcel at a DPD shop near you. You pay a flat rate of 5 € for the return and the amount will be deducted from the refund.|
|Switzerland and Liechtenstein||You will receive a flat rate of CHF 10 for the return. You have to organise the return to Austria yourself and will receive the CHF 10 by bank transfer or PayPal.|
|Other countries||You will receive a flat rate of 5 € for the return. You must organise the return shipment to Austria yourself using a parcel service of your choice. You will receive the 5 € via PayPal or bank transfer from us.|
If you are only returning accessories, i.e. not a hammock, you will have to pay the return shipping costs yourself.
You are responsible for ensuring that the hammock remains saleable as new, i.e. without damage and without stains.
Refunds are processed through the payment method you used to purchase from us and usually take 2-5 days after we receive the merchandise back.
