Returns: 30 Days Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% thrilled with your new hammock. The proof of the pudding is in the eating: Test your new hammock! If you are not satisfied, drop us an email within 30 days after you received the products.
|Returns from …||Your costs for returns containing a hammock|
|Austria||Free returns. You will receive a shipping label from the Austrian postal service free of charge.|
|Deutschland||You will receive a DPD shipping label from us and must hand in the parcel at a DPD shop near you. You pay a flat rate of €5 for the return and the amount will be deducted from the refund.|
|Other countries||You will receive a flat rate of €10 for the return. You must organize the return shipment to Austria yourself using a parcel service of your choice.|
Returns of accessories only: If you are only returning accessories, not a hammock, you will have to pay the full return shipping costs yourself.
Please consider! You are responsible for ensuring that the hammock remains like new, i.e. without damage and without stains.
Refunds are processed through the payment method you used to purchase from us and usually take 2-5 days after we receive the products back.
